CBS’ New Sensation Beats Even NCIS in Viewer Ratings!
In a surprising turn of events, Tracker has emerged victorious, outshining CBS’ veteran hit NCIS in viewer ratings for the 2023-2024 TV season.
Tracker’s success has skyrocketed, with the show wrapping up the season with an impressive number of viewers, surpassing even the long-reigning champion NCIS.
According to reports from Variety, Tracker garnered over 10 million viewers, edging out NCIS, which fell slightly below the 10 million mark. Other CBS favorites like Young Sheldon, Blue Bloods, NCIS: Hawai’i, and Elsbeth followed closely behind.
CBS has hailed Tracker’s performance as its best since the debut of Desperate Housewives back in the 2004-05 TV season. The show’s seven episodes, released in March, attracted around 19 million multiplatform viewers.
Starring Justin Hartley, Tracker follows private investigator Colter Shaw as he travels across the country, solving mysteries for a monetary reward. But amidst his work, Colter grapples with his own past and dark family secrets, setting the stage for intense drama in the upcoming second season.
Tracker Season 2 is set to premiere this fall on CBS, promising more suspenseful thrills and unexpected twists for viewers to enjoy.
