NCIS: Hawai’i star Jason Antoon mocks CBS following the show’s sudden cancellation despite rising ratings. Viewers are frustrated as NCIS: Hawai’i ends on a cliffhanger, with hopes that CBS may reverse its decision.

The possibility of NCIS: Hawai’i season 4 remains uncertain as CBS considers changes to the franchise’s broadcast schedule. Weeks after the cancellation, Antoon highlighted the show’s viewership data, showing it ranked as the 16th most-watched series during the 2023-2024 season, a significant improvement from the previous year. He also noted its finale ranked 11th in the largest 7-day lift for primetime finales on major broadcast networks.

Premiering in 2021, NCIS: Hawai’i, led by Vanessa Lachey’s Jane Tennant, focused on military and national security crimes. While it wasn’t as popular as its parent series, it was gaining a solid fan base when CBS unexpectedly pulled the plug. Antoon, who played cyber intelligence analyst Ernie Malik, took to social media to mock the decision after the ratings data was released. Check out his posts on X below:
