Nick and Vanessa Lachey Say Aloha to Hawaii: Sell Their $9.45M Honolulu Mansion

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have officially bid farewell to their stunning Honolulu home, selling the property for $9.45 million. The couple first bought the mansion in May 2022, after moving to Hawaii when Vanessa joined “NCIS: Hawaii.”

With the show’s cancellation after three seasons, Nick and Vanessa, who share three children, decided to return to California. They listed the house for $9.75 million but closed the deal for $300,000 less.

Having initially purchased the home for $8.795 million, the Lacheys made a solid profit before relocating back to the San Fernando Valley. Their new farmhouse-style home in Encino, bought for $6.795 million, marks their return to California.

Vanessa, who shared a heartfelt Instagram post about leaving Hawaii, expressed gratitude for their time on the island. “A Hui Hou,” she wrote, reflecting on the family’s three years of island living.

The luxurious property they left behind, built in 2017, features 7,732 square feet of open, indoor-outdoor living space, perfect for family gatherings and island relaxation.
