Brian Dietzen, born in Chicago and raised in Boulder, Colorado, now proudly calls Los Angeles home. Internationally known for his role as Dr. Jimmy Palmer on NCIS, Brian made the move west to pursue acting, and after landing the California-based role in 2004, he’s remained in LA ever since.

In a 2017 interview with Backstage, Brian reflected on his journey, saying, “The great thing about moving to Los Angeles, or New York for that matter, is that there’s no one correct way to get work… otherwise, everyone would do the exact same thing.” Now 46, Brian has been happily married to his wife Kelly for 20 years, and the couple shares two children, a son and a daughter. Despite being notoriously private about his family, he occasionally gives glimpses into his home life through social media.
