“NCIS: Hawai’i” has concluded its run after three seasons on CBS. The network confirmed in April 2024 that the show would not be returning for another season. Despite initial hopes for a new platform, a source confirmed to TVLine in May 2024 that the series would not be picked up by any other network or streaming service. CBS Entertainment President Amy Reisenbach cited financial considerations and the network’s upcoming schedule, which includes new spin-offs like “NCIS: Origins” and a project featuring Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo, as reasons for the cancellation.

Vanessa Lachey, who played Jane Tennant, shared a heartfelt statement on Instagram following the show’s finale. She reflected on her time on the show and expressed deep gratitude to the cast, crew, and fans. Lachey shared a snapshot from the filming location, capturing the essence of Hawai’i, and emphasized the importance of cherishing the experiences made during the show’s run.

She concluded her message with the Hawaiian phrase “A Hui Hou,” which means “until we meet again,” expressing both gratitude and hope for future endeavors.

Although “NCIS: Hawai’i” has ended, its legacy lives on through the dedication and memories of its cast and crew.
