CBS announced today that “Fast & Furious 7” and “42” star Lucas Black has joined the cast of the “NCIS” spinoff set in New Orleans. Black will portray NCIS Special Agent Lasalle, a by-the-book federal agent with a strong moral compass who also enjoys letting off some steam in New Orleans’ vibrant nightlife.
Scott Bakula has already been cast as the lead in the series, created by executive producers Gary Glasberg and Mark Harmon. The cast also includes CCH Pounder from “The Shield” and “Sons of Anarchy,” as well as Zoe McLellan, known for her role in “JAG.”
