NCIS fans are still reeling from the breakup between Jessica Knight and Jimmy Palmer, but that’s not the only romance drama heating up in Season 22.
Katrina Law, who plays Knight, teased that Nick Torres’ (Wilmer Valderrama) love life will soon stir up some serious drama. “His romance is gonna cause some drama,” she shared with Us Weekly. “It’s gonna be awesome.”
Torres, who confessed in Episode 3 that he’s ready to get back into the “love game” after his heart was broken by Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) three years ago, is determined to put his best self out there. But he’s not the only one with romance on the horizon.
Brian Dietzen (Jimmy Palmer) hinted that other members of the NCIS team will also explore new relationships this season. “There’s some romance happening — not just with Torres,” he revealed, noting that even Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) is looking for something serious with his long-distance partner, Lena Paulsen.
Despite their breakup, Knight and Palmer’s relationship isn’t entirely over. Law teased, “There’s definitely still looks between Jimmy and Knight. The attraction is still alive.” Palmer and Knight may have gently closed the door on romance, but it’s not slammed shut. Fans will have to wait to see if they rekindle their relationship.
