In Origins, a youthful Leroy Jethro Gibbs embarks on his career as a newly appointed special agent at the NIS Camp Pendleton office, operating under the guidance of NCIS legend Mike Franks, portrayed by Muse Watson.
After weeks of fan speculation about the actor to portray young Gibbs, there’s widespread belief that Mark Harmon’s real-life son, Sean Harmon, who previously played the agent in flashbacks of the original series, might take on the role. In a unique collaboration, the father-and-son team not only stars in Origins but also serves as executive producers, with Mark taking on the role of narrator for the project.
