**EXCLUSIVE:** Before Tony and Ziva make their return to television, they’ll take a trip to the picturesque French Riviera.
Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo, who portray former special agents Anthony DiNozzo and Ziva David in the upcoming series NCIS: Tony and Ziva, will be attending MIPCOM alongside Paramount Global next month.
The duo will join Cohen, Paramount’s Chief Content Licensing Officer, for a Media Mastermind interview on Tuesday, October 22.
In NCIS: Tony & Ziva, set several years after their reunion in an NCIS storyline, the characters come together to raise their daughter Tali (Isla Gie). Tony has been caring for Tali on his own, operating under the belief that Ziva is deceased. When Tony’s security firm in Paris comes under attack, the two are thrust into a world of danger, forcing them to go on the run while navigating questions of trust between one another. Filming is currently taking place in Budapest, Hungary.
This Paramount+ original series, produced by CBS Studios, is being promoted at MIPCOM through Paramount Global Content Distribution. The intricate on-and-off relationship between Tony and Ziva was a significant plotline throughout multiple seasons of CBS’s long-running crime procedural NCIS. De Pablo departed the series in 2013 after 11 seasons but made an unexpected return in seasons 16 and 17. Weatherly exited after 13 seasons but made a comeback earlier this year in an episode honoring Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard, following the passing of David McCallum in 2023.
