In the latest TV ratings, CBS emerged victorious as NCIS claimed the title of Monday’s most-watched show, locking in a six-way tie for the nightly demo win. The season finale of NCIS attracted a sizable audience of 6.8 million viewers and a 0.4 demo rating, marking its largest viewership in six episodes. Meanwhile, NCIS: Hawai’i’s unexpected series finale saw a 7% increase in viewership, reaching its highest audience since the season premiere and securing its first 0.4 rating in six episodes.

Over on NBC, The Voice experienced a slight uptick in both viewership and demo ratings, while Deal or No Deal Island drew its second-largest audience to date.

The CW’s All American hit a season high in audience numbers, while FOX’s MasterChef Junior saw a dip in viewership. So You Think You Can Dance, on the other hand, managed to attract more eyeballs.

ABC’s Jeopardy! Masters and Celeb Wheel rounded out the evening’s programming, with solid performances in both viewership and demo ratings.
