As the NCIS franchise expands with new spinoffs, fans often wonder if characters from concluded series might make a comeback. Recently, Eric Christian Olsen expressed little interest in returning as Deeks, and I find myself feeling the same way about the NCIS: Los Angeles crew staying in the past. The series finale did a great job of wrapping up most of the characters’ stories, and I’m content with where they ended up. However, the one storyline I’m still curious about is Sam and Callen being recruited to find Hetty in Morocco. It’s a loose end that feels worth exploring to bring full closure to their arcs.
