The pulse-pounding excitement continues with the Season 2 premiere of NCIS: Hawai’i, titled “Prisoners’ Dilemma.” Special Agent Jane Tennant, along with NCIS agents Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), uncover The Raven’s diabolical plans to strike at RIMPAC, the world’s largest maritime warfare exercise.
