NCIS is celebrating its milestone 1,000th episode with an epic crossover event featuring NCIS: Hawai’i and NCIS: Los Angeles.
Set to air on CBS on April 15, the special episode will include appearances from NCIS: Los Angeles Special Agent Kensi Blye-Deeks (Daniela Ruah) and NCIS: Hawai’i Special Agent Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey). However, they won’t be interacting directly with the flagship NCIS team based in DC.
Spence Moore II will also join the episode as Director Leon Vance’s son. Co-showrunner David North teased that a beloved character will face grave danger, uniting all the franchises in a unique way. Meanwhile, co-showrunner Steven D. Binder promised a personal storyline centered around Director Vance and hinted at Easter eggs for long-time fans.
Ruah, who originally debuted as Kensi on NCIS 15 years ago, will also direct episodes of NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i this month, marking a special return to the franchise.
NCIS airs on CBS in the US, and Seasons 1-20 are available on Disney+ in the UK.
