**Michael Weatherly Teases Exciting Update on Tony and Ziva Spin-Off Series!**
NCIS star Michael Weatherly has thrilled fans with a tantalizing update about his upcoming spin-off series alongside Cote de Pablo.
Earlier this year, it was announced that the beloved duo, known for their roles as Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, would reunite for a 10-episode spin-off set in Europe.
Weatherly shared a promising update on the production status, revealing that filming is scheduled to commence in Budapest later this year. He teased that the untitled series will follow Tony and Ziva as they navigate the challenges of raising their tween daughter while also saving the world. “What could go wrong?” Weatherly quipped.
According to the official synopsis, the couple, along with their daughter Tali, are forced to go on the run across Europe after Tony’s security firm is attacked. As they strive to rebuild trust and secure their unconventional happily ever after, they must also uncover the truth behind the attack.
Weatherly and de Pablo will not only star in the series but also serve as executive producers alongside Laurie Lieser, Christina Strain, and Shelley Meals. John McNamara will helm the show as the showrunner.
