Sean Murray’s Wife Files for Divorce After 18 Years
Sean Murray’s wife, Carrie James Murray, has filed for divorce at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, as first reported by The Blast. No reason for the split has been disclosed.
The couple, who met in 2004 and married in November 2005, have two children: 16-year-old Cay Ryan and 14-year-old River. Cay recently appeared with her father in an “NCIS” episode, while River has no current plans to act.
The filing comes just two months after Carrie posted a celebratory birthday dinner on Instagram.
In a 2021 interview with People, the Murrays showcased their extensively renovated family home. Carrie, who earned degrees in social work and education leadership, has had a successful career as an educator and founded the Prestique Academy of Innovation and Technology in 2011. She also established the Business Relationship Alliance (BRA) in 2015 to support women entrepreneurs.
Sean has not yet publicly commented on the divorce.
