As we head into September, fans are eagerly awaiting news on NCIS: Sydney Season 2. Here’s what we know so far:
First, don’t forget that the show is definitely returning for another season. The delay in updates is due to the show not being on the CBS schedule until midseason, which means we won’t see the new season until at least January. The exact return date might be pushed even further, potentially into late winter or early spring.
Given this extended break, it’s possible that we won’t get official news or updates until October or November. However, we’re optimistic that NCIS: Sydney Season 2 will be bigger and better than ever. Originally slated as a Paramount+ exclusive, the series is now landing on CBS and is set to air on Fridays at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, replacing SWAT, which is moving to 10:00 p.m.
Despite the typical Friday night challenges, CBS has had success with other shows in this timeslot, so there’s hope that NCIS: Sydney will thrive as well.
