Despite years of speculation about a feud between NCIS stars Mark Harmon and Pauley Perrette, Harmon recently showed no signs of ill will. Perrette, who left the show in 2017 after 15 seasons as Abby Sciuto, has been vocal in the past about alleged tensions with Harmon. During an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, Harmon praised the talent of his NCIS colleagues, including the late David McCallum (Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard) and Perrette. “The players that were playing other roles, David McCallum… they were all so good,” Harmon said. “Pauley… they were all so specifically good for the characters they were playing.”
His comments sparked debates online, particularly on Reddit, where fans discussed the history between the two stars. One user noted, “It’s well known she had issues with him and left the show. “I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me,” Perrette wrote. “I have nightmares about it. I left. Multiple Physical Assaults. I REALLY get it now. Stay safe. Nothing is worth your safety.”
She also emphasized the importance of safety in workplaces, adding, “If it’s school or work that you’re required to go to, it’s horrifying.”
Perrette has since moved on to other projects, expressing her happiness with a new show she described as her “#HappyPlace.”
